Head to the customer account section:
On desktop: The head and shoulders symbol in the top right corner of the page.
On mobile: Navigate to the menu and you will see a 'My Account' option towards the bottom.
Log in with your Veloforte account details. (Don't worry if you have forgotten your password, there is an option to reset it.)
If you have just purchased a subscription you will be sent an email inviting you to create an account to manage your subscription shortly after. If you haven’t taken the steps in setting up an account, you can always create an account after the fact by clicking the 'Create Account' link on the login page.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your order history and account details.
If you have a subscription, you will be able to access it through the 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' button at the top of the page.

Once you are logged in to your account area you can access your upcoming orders and complete order history. Here it will show you the date the order was placed, payment and fulfilment status and total paid.
To access your subscriptions in more detail, click the 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' button at the top of the page. Your active and past subscriptions will be listed with the next order date, delivery frequency and products included. You can tell which subscriptions are active by the status badge that appears to the top right of the box.

Log into your account and click the 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' button at the top of the page, this will take you to your active subscriptions.
To amend a subscription, click the 'view details' button on the subscription you want to amend.
Once you have clicked 'view details' you will be taken to a new page where you will have options to:
- Order now - this will immediately process the order
- Skip order - will skip the next scheduled order
- Re-schedule - pick a new date for the order to be processed
- Delay - delay your order 7, 15, 30 or a custom amount of days

Log into your account and click the 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' button at the top of the page, this will take you to your active subscriptions.
To cacnel a subscription, click the 'view details' button on the subscription you want to cancel.
scroll to the bottom of the page, click the 'cancel subscription' button. You will be asked, 'are you sure' - click 'cancel subscription'
Please Note: If you have more than one active subscription, you will need to go into each one individually to cancel.

Log into your account and click the 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' button at the top of the page, this will take you to your active subscriptions.

Scroll down to 'subscription details' - this is where you will see a box containing all of the products within your subscription. If you wish to amend a pack size, quantity or want to swap products out for another, click the red 'edit' button.

Click the 'view details' button on the subscription you want to pause.
Once you have clicked 'view details' you will be taken to a new page where you will have option to delay your order 7, 15, 30 or a custom amount of days.

Once you have clicked 'view details' you will be taken to a new page where you will have options to skip the next order.
Please Note: Your subscription will be resumed after the skipped date.

Log into your account and click the 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' button at the top of the page, this will take you to your active subscriptions.
Click the 'view details' button on the subscription you want to add the discount code to.
Scroll down toward the bottom of the pagw, where you will see a 'Discount Code' box, where you will be able to enter a discount code. If your code is valid it will be applied to your upcoming subscription box.

After you purchase you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your order.
You can track your order status and history by signing in.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This confirmation email will contain a hyperlinked tracking number. Please click on the tracking number to go to the courier website, where you will be able to find updates on the status of your order.
Alternatively, once your order has been shipped, sign in to your account to view the current status of your order and a hyperlinked tracking number that will take you to the courier website. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within the shipping window you selected, please check your junk or spam email folders.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping windows start from the day your order is shipped, not from the day the order is placed.

Create an account and earn points. Earn 10 points for every £1 you spend. Exchange your points for discounts or specific free products that change month to month.
£1 = 10 points, 1 points = £0.01.
You can earn points by doing the following:
- Create an account
- Follow @veloforte on Instagram
- Share your birthday
- Sign up for SMS
- Refer a friend
- Start a subscription
- Purchase 3 times a year

You can see your points balance by logging into your account.

On mobile: Navigate to the menu and you will see a 'My Account' option towards the bottom.
Once you are logged in, head to the Rewards page, you can access this from the navigation at the top of the page on desktop and by clicking the 3 lines icon on mobile and clicking the 'REWARDS' option.
Scroll down to the green panel and you will be able to see Rewards available to spend. This will show you the amount of points you have accrued and their equivalent monetary value.
You can also see your points balance within your account if you click into the 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' area. Your points balance will appear in the top right corner, you will be able to redeem any coupons or redeem your points for coupons that you can apply to any upcoming or new orders.

Yes, your points will expire 6 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.

Give your friends £10 off on their first order of £15 and get £10 worth of points for each successful referral.
Head to the Rewards page and scroll to the very bottom. Here, you can input your friends email address which will share a unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. You can also share your link via, phone number or our different social media options.
You will receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.

Find out your points balance by logging in and heading to the Rewards page.
Scroll down to the green panel to see your points balance and their equivalent monetary value.
You can use the slider below the green panel to create coupons from your points balance. You can choose to use all of your points at once, or use only a portion of your points to create a coupon.
Use the slider to choose the amount you would like to redeem and then click the 'REDEEM' button below. This will create a code which will appear, click the code to copy it and apply it to any order or subscription for money off. See the 'How do I apply a discount code to my subscription?' FAQ above to find out more.
You can also create Reward coupons by heading to your account and clicking the 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' button. Your loyalty points balance will be visible in the top right corner. Click the balance to redeem your points or apply any existing coupons.
