    A step by step guide On Overnight Oats
- Shake the bag really well - this will ensure all of the natural ingredients are mixed together giving you the perfect serving every time
- Portion out your oats - We reccomend 86g per serve. Each serving will contain 15g plant protein isn rich in omega 3, slow release carbohydrates and 25% of your daily fibre. Each bag contains 7 serves.
- Add water or your favourite milk - have your oats your way
- cover & chill in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours

Vegan Chocolate Baked Oats

Breakfast
Ingredients:
- 50g Smooth Cocoa Overnight Oats
- 120ml of milk (or milk alternative)
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of cacao powder
- 1 tsp Biscoff spread
Toppings:
- chocolate sauce: mix 1tsp of chocolate
- protein powder ( @veloforte) with 1tsp of
- cacao powder and 2 tsp of boiling water.
- crushed biscoff biscuit
- chopped hazelnuts
Method:
- Blend the oats, milk, baking powder, cacao powder and fill a ramekin,
- Place the biscoff spread in the middle.
- Pop in air fryer for approx. 10 minutes at 180c
- Top with the above toppings.

Cinnamon Apple Baked Oats

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats
- splash of maple syrup
- vegan chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (or 392°F).
- Mash the bananas, whisk in eggs, and
- Mix with the oats and maple syrup
- Add chocolate chips
