Yes! Once you are logged in to your account you will be able to access your next order under the ‘next order’ tab. You will be able to access other active or paused subscriptions under the ‘subscriptions’ tab.
Under the ‘next order’ tab you will see the details of your next order. To manage or edit your next order click the ‘manage next order’ button, this will bring up a window where you can do any of the following options:
Under the subscriptions tab you will see each of your active subscriptions individually listed. To edit any of your active subscriptions, click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button, this will bring up a window where you can do any of the following options:
Yes, there are 2 ways to do this.
1. Head to the individual product page as usual and choose the one-time purchase option. Place your order, and it'll be dispatched out to you in the normal way. Any Subscriptions you might have are unaffected.
OR
2. Within Your Account page, go to your current Subscription, select 'Add Product' and choose something you want to include as a one-time purchase. This will then be added to your next Subscription delivery. One-time purchases that are added to Subscriptions are only sent out to you once. It's like topping-up your box whenever you want to try something new.
You will be able to access your active subscriptions under the ‘subscriptions’ tab. Click the ‘Manage subscription’ button under the subscription you would like to pause, this will bring up a window where there will be a ‘pause’ button indicated by a pause symbol.
You will be prompted to select a date for their subscription to auto-resume within the next six months.
Yes! You will receive an email 3 days before your subscription order is due to be sent out. Within the email there will be a link where you can manage your subscription, if you need to add to it, pause or delay.
Yes! You can access your loyalty point balance in your account area. Under your account balance there will be a list of products you will be able to redeem your points on, as well as percentage off vouchers that you can apply to your next subscription or order.
