We are processing all orders normally.

During UK & EU lock-down Royal Mail & ParcelForce are seeing some delays to their services - their delivery times may be longer than expected.

Our products travel perfectly. Each order comes hand-wrapped and carefully packed into a sturdy card-box.

To help avoid waste we use recyclable packing materials and ship orders with the minimum packaging. Therefore, multi-box orders may be consolidated into a single box so please let us know in the Order Notes window if you’d like yours to remain as a multi-box order.

Weekend Orders & Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm on a Weekday are typically dispatched same-day. Orders placed over the Weekend (or Bank Holiday) will be processed & dispatched on the following Working Day.
Carriers often deliver on a Saturday morning but this is not guaranteed, there is no Sunday delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We take great pride in the quality of our products. They should reach you in the best possible condition.

We have never had a parcel arrive defective, however, when you receive your box please open it right away, and if there has been any damage or deterioration during transit please email us with pictures to: and we will do our best to put it right. 

No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges can be accepted unless we have been informed immediately upon delivery.

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges outside of the above.
