Our products travel perfectly. Each order comes hand-wrapped and carefully packed into a sturdy cardboard box. It should reach you in perfect condition.
A sustainable approach to packing
To help avoid waste we use recyclable materials and the minimum of packaging. Therefore, multiple items may be consolidated into a single box. Please let us know if your items are a gift or if you require them to remain in separate boxes.

Weekend Orders & Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm on a Weekday are typically dispatched same-day. Orders placed over the Weekend (or Bank Holiday) will be processed & dispatched on the following Working Day.
Carriers often deliver on a Saturday morning but this is not guaranteed, there is no Sunday delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We take great pride in the quality of our products. They should reach you in the best possible condition.
We have never had a parcel arrive defective, however, when you receive your box please open it right away, and if there has been any damage or deterioration during transit please email us with pictures to: team@veloforte.com and we will do our best to put it right.
No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges can be accepted unless we have been informed immediately upon delivery.
We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges outside of the above.
