We use a mix of Evri & Royal Mail services.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a linked tracking number, where you will be able to track your Evri package right to your door.

You can also find updates on your order by signing into your account.

Each order is hand-picked and packed by our team and should arrive to you in perfect condition.

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. We will always aim to ship at the next available opportunity.

Shipping times are from the point of your order being dispatched, not from the point the order is placed.

Shipping options and cost are variable at checkout.

At peak trading seasons and bank holidays, there may be a 1-2 day delay in shipments.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We take great pride in the quality of our products. They should reach you in the best possible condition. We have never had a parcel arrive defective, however, if you do find this when you receive your box please open it right away, and if there has been any damage or deterioration during transit please head to the FAQ's page to fill out the contact form and someone will aim to reply within 3 business days.

No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges can be accepted unless we have been informed immediately upon delivery.

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges outside of the above.
