Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a linked tracking number, where you will be able to track your Evri package right to your door.
You can also find updates on your order by signing into your account and heading to the 'orders' page. Click into the order you wish to check, you will see the status of your order and linked tracking number.
All UK parcels are sent by Evri, you will recieve a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. They should reach you in the best possible condition. We have never had a parcel arrive defective, however, if you do find this when you receive your box please open it right away, and if there has been any damage or deterioration during transit please head to the FAQ's page to fill out the contact form and someone will aim to reply within 3 business days.
No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges can be accepted unless we have been informed immediately upon delivery.
We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges outside of the above.
