    This is SO Different to everything....

    I tried this for the first time last weekend during a sailing race. I can't really describe it but as it wnent down my throat it was like I could feel liquid being absorbed by my body rather than just going in to my stomach..

    Suffice to say we won the race and I have foind my GO-TO as far as hydration is concerned
