Refund policy
We know you’ll love our products, in fact we guarantee it. If you don’t, just let us know by emailing us at team@veloforte.com and we’ll credit you their value back in free Refuel Reward points.
- Refuel point credits apply to any Veloforte nutrition product(s) ordered for the first time
- Credits offered against single product value only
- Any additional unused products purchased can be returned (in resale-able condition only) for a full refund. Return postage at buyers cost
- Credits offered at the rate of 100 points per £1 spent
- Customers must have or set up a Refuel Rewards Account to receive their credits
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer
- Accessories or non-food products are not included
- Guarantee applies to purchases within 28 days only
- Statuary Rights are not affected
Returns
All perishable goods are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged and we have been notified immediately upon delivery and received supporting photos.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Veloforte Ltd, PO Box 71039, London W4 9HE
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
