It’s the reason I’ve been able to train consistently without breaking down.

    What’s Inside & Why It Works:

    Complete Overnight Oats (Smooth Cocoa): This is the game-changer for early starts. It’s not just porridge; it’s a high-protein, gut-friendly foundation. It tastes indulgent (like dessert for breakfast) but sits perfectly light on the stomach, setting me up for the day without the heaviness of other protein breakfasts.

    CollagenPro: I add this to everything. Over two years, I've noticed a genuine difference in how my joints and tendons feel. It dissolves instantly and doesn't have that weird aftertaste that other collagen brands do.

    Protein Crunch Bars (Peanut, Lime, Ginger): These are very different from the standard Veloforte energy bars. They have an amazing texture—crispy and satisfying rather than chewy. The Cocoa & Stem Ginger is particularly good for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up that feels like a treat but feeds my recovery.
