Suitable for all sports - Before and During your sessions.

We recommended consuming upto 3 energy gels per hour to support your energy needs.
For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.

For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 45g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 45g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 60g-90g for higher intensity sessions.

Each pack of gels provides 110mg sodium. If you're exercising over 90 minutes or in hot or humid conditions, add an electrolyte drink to your fuelling regime.

Whislt our gels do not need to be consumed with any water, having a sip or two immediately after consumption can improve digestion speed and energy release.

Ingredients: Unrefined brown rice syrup, concentrated fruit juice (date syrup (12.5%), Lemon (2.5%)), maple syrup, water, ginger extract, pink Himalayan salt.

Storage advice:  Gels last 18 months when stored in a cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
