I have struggled to find a protein powder that actually tastes good and this one def hits the mark.
I usually love Veloforte stuff so I was excited to try these. I mixed it with water but found it overwhelmingly sweet. I’ll probably try and give the rest of the batch I ordered away.

The Vita Protein Recovery Shake is a 3:1 carbs:protein ratio shake specifically formulated to help kick start recovery after endurance exercise (over 90 minutes). The carbohydrates within the mix come from natural sugar and freeze raspberry, acai, blackcurrant & cherry. Mixing with milk rather than water can add to the sweetness so try blitzing it with a few ice cubes for a super smooth frappo style recovery shake.
I make with milk to boost the protein levels and absolutely love the taste. I use after long challenging bike rides to help muscle recovery and do think it works.
