- Add Liquid: unscrew lid & leave the shaker-ball inside. Pour your preferred liquid (water, milk, or plant-based alternative) into the shaker up to the liquid scale.
- Add Powder: Add your protein powder.
- Secure Lid: Close the click-lock watertight lid and ensure it’s fully sealed.
- Shake: Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds, or until smooth and lump-free.
- Enjoy: Refrigerate if not consumed immediately, consume within 24 hours of mixing.
- Tip: Add ice for a super chilled shake
- Clean: Rinse thoroughly after use, or place in the dishwasher if suitable for your shaker model.
