4. Agreement to Terms: By entering the Competition, entrants (“You”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must meet all eligibility requirements as specified. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or use multiple identities or automated systems will be disqualified. Veloforte reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant acting in breach of these Terms or attempting to manipulate the process.

No cash alternative will be offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries under the supervision of Veloforte. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner selected. Veloforte is not responsible for any issues preventing receipt of the notification email (e.g. spam filters or incorrect contact details).
9. Publicity Rights: By entering the Competition, you grant Veloforte, Mission, and Enertor the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Competition, in any media, without further compensation, provided this use complies with applicable data protection law.
10. Limitation of Liability: By participating, you agree that Veloforte, Mission, and Enertor and their affiliates, employees, and agents are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize, except where caused by their negligence or breach of statutory duty.
11. Data Protection and Privacy (UK GDPR): Personal data provided will be used only for the administration of this Competition — to verify eligibility, contact the winner, and arrange prize delivery. The lawful basis for processing this data is performance of a contract.
Entrants will not be added to any marketing communications lists unless they have explicitly consented by ticking the relevant opt-in box on the entry form. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Entrant information will be shared securely between Veloforte, Mission, and Enertor solely for the purposes stated above.
No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Personal data of non-winners will be deleted or anonymised within 3 months of the competition closing. Personal data of winners will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfil prize delivery and any related legal obligations.
Entrants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their personal data, and to object to its use.

12. Winner Details (CAP Code Compliance): In line with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), the winner’s surname and county may be made available upon request.
The winner may object to this or request that less information be shared by contacting team@veloforte.com.
If the winner objects, Veloforte will still provide the winner’s details and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if requested to do so.
13. General Conditions: Veloforte reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical issues, fraud, or other causes beyond its control.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition may result in disqualification and legal action.
14. Governing Law: These Terms and the Competition are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
