- Hand wash only before first use
- Hand wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly
- Do not microwave
- Do not place in dishwasher

- To fill, unscrew lid & leave the shaker-ball inside
- Fill to 300ml mark with cold water or fresh milk of your choice
- Add the contents of your Protein Powder sachet
- Replace the lid & screw on tightly (make sure the spout cap is clicked shut)
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds... until blend is smooth
- Enjoy your Protein Shake!
- Add ice for a super chilled shake
- Refrigerate if not consumed immediately. Consume within 24 hours of mixing
