Made with real apple juice and warming cinnamon — Mela is apple pie on the fly. Each pack delivers 44g of dual source carbohydrates (the same as two energy gels!), alongside 95mg of pure electrolytes to help replenish essential minerals lost through sweat.

Chewing can help smooth digestion and boost nutrient absorption by releasing saliva & digestive enzymes that help convert your food into energy quickly and efficiently.
We recommended taking 2 chews every 20 minutes. For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 45g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 45g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 60g-90g for higher intensity sessions.
Each pack of chews provides 60mg potassium and up to 100mg sodium. If you're exercising over 90 minutes or in hot or humid conditions, add an electrolyte drink to your fuelling regime.
