    Ideal to aid recovery and training adaptation

    This pack gives me the products I need for post training/racing recovery as well as optimising the benefits of my strength and conditioning sessions. I use the recovery shake after running/cycling efforts, the protein shake after a strength and conditioning session and the bars during long trail runs or as snacks. Excellent, clean, ingredients and great tasting.

    The bars are really good!

    The bars are really tasty and have a really nice chew to them.

    They're not too sweet either.

    Taste-wise, they're spot on.

    I ordered again and this time ordered the Cioca bar - and that tasted the best!

    The shakes weren't so great - they tasted like regular protein shakes with some flavouring.

    But definitely get the bars though!
