Energy Bars: Enjoy an energy bar 1-2 hours before a training session. Fuel long workouts and efforts by taking on 45-60g carbs per hour (more for intense efforts). Enjoy a bar after, within 30 minutes of intense or prolonged exercise to restore healthy muscle function*
Energy Chews: Suitable for all sports - Before and During your sessions. We recommended taking 2 chews every 20 minutes.
Energy Gels: Suitable for all sports - Before and During your sessions. We recommended consuming upto 3 energy gels per hour to support your energy needs.
Caffeine consumption guidelines: Doppio contains 75mg of natural caffeiene from Guarana. Do not exceed more that 375mg of caffeine per day (or 5 Doppio or Desto gels)
Electrolyte Powder: Aim to take 2-3 good sized gulps from your bottle every 10-15 minutes. Just like eating on the go, you’re not drinking for that moment but for the moment 10-20 miles down the road.
Protein Powder: Nova is a performance shake, therefore is specifically designed for recovery with its 3:1 carbs to protein ratio. Mix with water, or your choice of milk. Aim to consume within 30 minutes of finishing exercise.
