The tonicity of a liquid refers to its solute concentration as compared to your circulating blood plasma.

A Hypotonic solution is less concentrated than your blood. Hypotonic solutions deliver the fastest, most efficient hydration meaning energy, electrolytes and fluids are delivered effortlessly to your working muscles without digestive issues like backloads and bloating (39).

An Isotonic solution has a very similar concentration to your blood so fluids move at a less rapid pace from your intestines into your bloodstream.

A Hypertonic solution is one that has a greater concentration than your bloodstream. This means that fluids, electrolytes and energy must be actively transported from the intestine - a slower and more laborious process which often leads to stomach cramps, bloating & a rush to the loo.

Rather than compressing into tablets, that require caking agents to hold them together and then fizzy effervescent ingredients to make them dissolve fully in water, we’ve chosen to keep all our hydration ingredients in a powder form.

Our naturally delicious free flowing powder blends dissolve readily in water and you can actually see the freeze dried fruits within each blend.

They don’t fizz in the bottle and they won't fizz on your insides making them gentle on your palate and easy on your digestion all day long.

Unlike fizzy-tabs or synthetic powders, our real hydration range are made with a blend of freeze-dried real-fruit you can actually see! These fruits are picked at their prime, rapidly freeze dried to lock in all the natural nutrients, flavour and colour then simply crushed into a powder before being added to the blend. Every part of the fruit is captured to maximise on nutrients and as processing is kept to a minimum you will find the odd tiny seed and fruit pulp particles within the mix.

Whilst the powders readily dissolve in water you may find the odd strawberry seed or larger particle of fruit within the mix which may settle after time. Wake these micro flavour-bursts with a simple shake of your bottle before each sip to unlock the real-fruit within.
