    Great and convient

    I really enjoy these and have felt that they contribute towards a good recovery. I always have 1 after a running session, especially if I am doing hills, sprints or a long run. They are so tasty i also have it after a park run as a treat. I like the way you can adapt to have them with water or a milk, and they taste great either way.
