Nova is a naturally delicious recovery protein powder with zero artificial ingredients sulphites or artificial additives. It delivers 13g of protein & 40g of carbs to kickstart muscle recovery and help maintain optimal stamina throughout the day, whilst the 1000mg of revitalising maca root helps to resist stress and helps to lift your mood.
Molto is a daily high protein powder, meaning it delivers 20g of protein & 500mg of stress-busting adaptogenic ashwagandha to maintain optimal stamina, build muscle-mass and promote optimal relaxation. I like these because of the natural ingredients/ supplements (and they’re plant protein based).
There’s some flavours/ sachets that are more weighted to protein recovery only and others with mixed protein/ carbs (sugar), depending on your needs and what you’ve been up to!

I use these for recovery after the gym. I chose to replace the protein I was using to try to reduce bloating. These really helped to reduce bloating for me. I assume due to the more natural ingredients.
