Energy Gels: We recommended consuming upto 3 energy gels per hour to support your energy needs. For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
Energy Chews: We recommended taking 2 chews every 20 minutes. For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
Electrolyte Powders: Shake with water, aim to take 2-3 good sized gulps from your bottle every 10-15 minutes. Just like eating on the go, you’re not drinking for that moment but for the moment 10-20 miles down the road.
Troppo & Molto Protein Powders: Troppo & Molto are daily shakes, with 20g of high performance complete plant-protein and no added sugar; therefore perfect for daily use anytime of the day - before, during or after exercise. Mix with water, or your choice of milk and enjoy any time of the day.
Nova Recovery Powder: Nova is a performance shake, therefore is specifically designed for recovery after intense exercise with its 3:1 carbs to protein ratio. It is best used after endurance exercise or high intensity exercise as part of your recovery regime. Mix with water, or your choice of milk. Aim to consume within 30 minutes of finishing exercise.
Molto contains the natural adaptogen Ashwagandha. Not recommended for consumption if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Nova contains the natural adaptogen Maca. Suitable for over 16s only. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medications please consult your doctor.
Amaro Energy Chew contains 75mg natural caffeine per 50g pack. Do not exceed 5 packs per day.
