We use whole fruits and whole nuts in our products, whilst every effort is made to remove all fruit stones & nut shells, there may be the occasional fragment. They last 12 months when stored in a cool dry place.

How To Use
Energy bars provide your body with vital carbohydrates to fuel exercise. Eat an energy bar 30 mins before workouts, especially if you’re training before breakfast.
During exercise aim to take on 45-60 grams of carbohydrates per hour, especially if you’re training for 90 minutes or more.
For after exercise Mocha and Forza protein bars have been carefully created with the optimal 4:1 ration of carbs to protein to help you recover quickly and effectively.
