Our 22g gels are the all-round choice for sessions of every kind. 22g of natural dual-source carbohydrates and 110mg sodium in a compact pack that sits at half the volume of a standard gel — light to carry, smooth to take and easy to fuel with little and often, from everyday training to race day.

Carbs Per Gel	22g natural dual-source carbohydrates — instant-impact glucose and distance-going fructose from real fruit juice, absorbed via two pathways so your body can use more of it.
Carbs Per Hour	One gel every 20 minutes for exercise lasting over 60 minutes — up to three an hour, delivering up to 66g carbohydrate. Smaller, more frequent servings make it easy to dial your intake to the session.
When To Take	Both before and during. Take one shortly before you start to top up your reserves, then keep fuelling steadily rather than waiting for energy to dip.
Sodium	110mg sodium per gel, replacing electrolytes lost through sweat to help maintain pace and focus.
Caffeine	Doppio and Desto each contain 75mg of natural caffeine from guarana; the other flavours are caffeine-free. Following caffeine consumption guidelines, don't exceed 375mg per day (the equivalent of 5 Doppio or Desto gels).
