    First long run use and really impressed.

    I don’t often write reviews, but during today’s 20 mile run I was so impressed with these products. I used electrolytes in one flask of water and wished I had put it in both. The taste was reasonable, but I definitely felt like they did me some good over and above the plain water. I used three different gels. The beetroot flavour was interesting, the black currant was pleasant if a little sickly and the Doppio with added caffeine was actually quite nice! I also used two packs of the chews and they were by far the best I’ve ever had. They were easy to eat, tasted like good quality Turkish delight, but with nicer flavours. Best of all, I had no gastric discomfort whatsoever and tolerated the products really well and that hasn’t always been the case with other brands. I guess I’d sum it up as easy to tolerate, don’t taste as synthetic as others, easy to take, and they definitely helped.
