• Doppio and Desto energy gels contain 75mg of natural caffeine from Guarana. According to caffeine consumption guidelines do not exceed 375mg of caffeine per day or 5 Doppio or Desto gels

• Suitable for all sports, before and during your sessions
• Chewing helps digestion and nutrient absorption by releasing saliva and enzymes that turn food into energy more efficiently
• Amaro chews contain 75mg of natural caffeine from Guarana. According to caffeine consumption guidelines do not exceed 375mg of caffeine per day. (Equivalent to 5 packs of Amaro chews)

Electrolyte Powders:

• Shake with water, aim to take 2-3 good sized gulps from your bottle every 10-15 minutes.

• use anytime of the day - before, during or after exercise. Mix with water, or your choice of milk and enjoy any time of the day.

Nova Recovery Powder:
