Best Chews
Two things about gels, my stomach can't handle too many and I have trouble swallowing them whilst running.
These chews are a game changer, I had no trouble fuelling with these on my recent half marathon, I open them first and put them in a plastic pouch for easy access, they have a lovely chewy texture like a sweet and the flavours are really tasty. Very happy fuelling with these chews and one gel for the last section of my run/race. Highly recommend
