    Really nice flavours/good on my gut.

    Got the mixed flavours, all been really nice so far and don't sit heavy. Quick swig of water once swallowed and can definitely feel it working, particularly during those early miles.

    Nice chews, but.....

    These are really nice chews and make a nice change to some gels which can be quite sweet. However, they are a little fiddly when on the go when you are cycling. They could do with being in just a wrapper with no cardboard. Plus, if the 6 chews could be made into 3 and placed in single file like SIS do with their beta fuel it would be a lot easier to use on the go.

    Excellent gel replacement

    I really struggle with energy gels because the texture means to coat my mouth and it’s not a pleasant sensation while running. A friend recommended these so I have them a go and I was very impressed. Not only did they help fuel me for my longer runs, but they’re easy to consume while running and taste amazing. I like getting the mixed pack to shake it up a bit. I’ve just restocked for my last stretch of marathon training.
