Below outlines an example breakdown of how you could use your fuel:
Energy Chews
Perfect for a pre-run energy boost or during longer sessions. 2 chews every 20 minutes will keep you feeling energised. Each pack contains a minimum of 42g of carbs.
Energy Gels
Use during run, typically one gel every 30 minutes. Our gels are designed to be kind on your stomach giving you 22g of carbs per gel. Handy Hack: add Doppio on your morning porridge for a delicious pre-run energy boost - it's a runners best friend.
Electrolytes
Used pre-run or during. The range lets you choose between pure electrolytes, electrolytes & carbs, electrolytes, carbs & caffeine. Refreshing, fruit infusions - drink hot or cold.
Energy Bars
The perfect pre-run energy boost, with an optimally balanced ratio of carbs & protein to help deliver sustained energy. They don't come more delicious than this. We guarantee it.
Protein Shakes
