Energy Gels:

• One gel every 20 minutes for exercise lasting over 60 minutes
• Suitable for all sports, before and during your sessions
• Our gels can also be added to water much like a cordial, no synthetic gels are able to do this
• Doppio and Desto energy gels contain 75mg of natural caffeine from Guarana. According to caffeine consumption guidelines do not exceed 375mg of caffeine per day or 5 Doppio or Desto gels

Energy Chews:

• Take two chews every 20 minutes
• Suitable for all sports, before and during your sessions
• Chewing helps digestion and nutrient absorption by releasing saliva and enzymes that turn food into energy more efficiently
• Amaro chews contain 75mg of natural caffeine from Guarana. According to caffeine consumption guidelines do not exceed 375mg of caffeine per day. (Equivalent to 5 packs of Amaro chews)

Electrolyte Powders:

• Shake with water, aim to take 2-3 good sized gulps from your bottle every 10-15 minutes.

Nova Recovery Powder:

• Use for recovery after intense exercise (90 mins+) Mix with water, or your choice of milk. Aim to consume within 30 minutes of finishing exercise.

Avanti Energy Bar:

• Enjoy Avanti before, during and after exercise
