The Mixed Energy Bars pack brings together a selection of flavours from across our energy bars range in one box, so you can vary your fuel and your everyday snacks. Every bar is real-food fuel made from fruit, nuts and natural ingredients with no artificial shortcuts. The pack is vegetarian and made with nuts.
-
No — the Mixed pack is vegetarian rather than vegan, because it includes Classico and Ciocco which contain honey, and like all our bars it's made with nuts, so it isn't suitable for a nut allergy. If you'd prefer fully vegan fuel, choose our individual vegan bars (Di Bosco, Avanti or Zenzero) or our energy chews and gels.
-
The Mixed pack is the easiest way to try the range and find your favourites, and the variety keeps things interesting across a training block or a week of snacks. It's a flexible option whether you're fuelling long efforts or just want a wholesome bar to hand.
-
No — all our individual energy bars are caffeine-free, so they're an easy choice at any time of day, including later sessions when you'd rather avoid a stimulant. Mocha contains coffee flavour but no actual caffeine.
-
Each bar provides up to 36g of natural carbohydrates from real fruit, for steady, longer-lasting energy that suits efforts where you have time to digest. The amount of carbs per bar depends on which bar you choose, the highest carb bars are Ciocco, Classico, Avanti and Di Bosco which all contain 35-36g of carbs.
-
All three work. A bar is ideal before you start and during longer, steadier efforts such as long rides, hikes and base training, and it also makes a satisfying refuel afterwards. For very high-intensity efforts where chewing is harder, a gel or chew may be easier to take on the move.
-
Energy bars are real-food fuel for before or during steadier efforts and for everyday energy; gels and chews are faster, lighter fuel designed for taking on the move at higher intensity. All are built from real ingredients with no artificial shortcuts — the bar is simply the most substantial, meal-like option.
-
They suit endurance and outdoor activity where you have time to eat — long-distance cycling, running, hiking, swimming, triathlon and gym training — and they also make a wholesome snack on rest days.
-
Yes. Every flavour is gluten-free, as well as dairy-free and GM-free. They are made with nuts, though, so they aren't suitable for a nut allergy.
-
Yes — they provide natural protein from the fruit and nuts they're made with, alongside their carbohydrates, making them a more balanced, sustaining option than fast carbohydrate fuels. Mocha contains the most protein out of all of the energy bars, with 9g of protein. If you are looking for a higher protein option, our Protein Crunch Bars contain 20g protein per bar.
-
Yes. They're made from whole, recognisable ingredients — fruit, nuts and natural flavours — with no gums, synthetic additives or artificial shortcuts. Real nutrition you can see and taste, built for performance and everyday energy alike.
