• Before: Eat a Di Bosco bar 1-2 hours before a training session

• During: Fuel long workouts and efforts by taking on 45-60g carbs per hour (more for intense efforts). Each Di Bosco bar delivers 40g natural carbs per bar plus 5g of protein

• After: Enjoy a bar within 30 minutes of intense or prolonged exercise to restore healthy muscle function*
