Head to the customer account section:
On desktop: The head and shoulders symbol in the top right corner of the page.
On mobile: Navigate to the menu and you will see a 'My Account' option towards the bottom.
Log in with your Veloforte account details. (Don't worry if you have forgotten your password, there is an option to reset it.)
If you have just purchased a subscription you will be sent an email inviting you to create an account to manage your subscription shortly after. If you haven’t taken the steps in setting up an account, you can always create an account after the fact by clicking the 'Create Account' link on the login page.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to access your existing subscriptions, upcoming orders, order history, account settings, loyalty membership and points. You will also be able to amend any of your active subscriptions.

Once you are logged in to your account you will be able to access your next order under the ‘next order’ tab. By clicking ‘manage next order’ you will be able to see the contents of the order, delivery address and subtotal.
You will also be able to amend various elements of the order (please see ‘How do I amend my subscription / next order?’ tab above)

Once you are logged in to your account you will be able to access your next order under the ‘next order’ tab. You will be able to access other active or paused subscriptions under the ‘subscriptions’ tab.
Under the ‘next order’ tab you will see the details of your next order. To manage or edit your next order click the ‘manage next order’ button, this will bring up a window where you can do any of the following options:
- Order now - Will process your order within the next 24 hours of confirming
- Edit address - Edit the delivery address of the order
- Skip - Skip order to the next date based on the frequency selected
- Gift - gift your next delivery family or friends
- Swap item - Swap out current items in the subscriptions for different ones for the next delivery
- Delay date - delay your next order up to 3 weeks
Under the subscriptions tab you will see each of your active subscriptions individually listed. To edit any of your active subscriptions, click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button, this will bring up a window where you can do any of the following options:- Edit address - Edit the delivery address of the order
- Swap items - Swap out current items in the subscriptions for different ones in the next delivery
- Edit frequency - Edit the frequency at which your subscription gets delivered
- Set next delivery date - Set a new delivery date for your next subscription delivery
- Edit payment - By clicking this you will receive a notification to your email with a link to securely update the payment method associated with your subscription
- Pause - you can pause your subscription and will be prompted to select a date for your subscription to auto-resume within the next six months.
- Cancel - cancel your direct debit with the connected card on the account and cancel your subscription orders

To cancel any of your active subscriptions, click the ‘Manage subscription’ button of the subscription you want to cancel.
A window will pop up, in this window there will be a ‘cancel subscription’ button indicated with a stop sign. if you cannot see the cancel subscription option please scroll to the left and it should appear.
Once you click this button you will be asked why you are cancelling and then your subscription will be cancelled.

You have the option to swap out products in your next order and in any of your active subscriptions.
To edit any of your active subscriptions, click the ‘Manage subscription’ button under your next order or under any of your active subscriptions. This will bring up a window where there will be a ‘Swap Items’ button indicated by two arrows.
You will be asked what item you would like to swap out and what item you would like to swap in. Once you have decided, confirm your change and it will be actioned in your next subscription delivery.

You will be able to access your active subscriptions under the ‘subscriptions’ tab. Click the ‘Manage subscription’ button under the subscription you would like to pause, this will bring up a window where there will be a ‘pause’ button indicated by a pause symbol.
You will be prompted to select a date for their subscription to auto-resume within the next six months.

Once you are logged in to your account you will be able to access your next order under the ‘next order’ tab.
Click the ‘Manage subscription’ button under your next order, this will bring up a window where there will be a ‘Skip’ button indicated by a circular arrow. Once you have clicked this, you will be directed to a confirmation state which you can confirm or cancel your choice, in addition to viewing when your next scheduled order will process if you confirm to the skip.

After you purchase you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your order.
You can track your order status and history by signing in or activating your account.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This confirmation email will contain a hyperlinked tracking number. Please click on the tracking number to go to the courier website, where you will be able to find updates on the status of your order.
Alternatively, once your order has been shipped, sign in to your account to view the current status of your order and a hyperlinked tracking number that will take you to the courier website. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within the shipping window you selected, please check your junk or spam email folders.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping windows start from the day your order is shipped, not from the day the order is placed.

Under your account balance there will be a list of products you will be able to redeem your points on, as well as percentage off vouchers that you can apply to your next subscription or order or one time purchase.
Simply click redeem under the product or voucher you wish to redeem. You will be asked to confirm your choice, once confirmed you will be shown a code you can copy and paste at cart to apply the voucher or free product or simply click the link below to be taken directly to cart where the code would have automatically applied.
You will also be sent the code for the voucher or free product to the email address that is linked to your account, for you to use at a later date if you wish.
For subscribers the products or voucher will be applied to your next box. For one time purchasers, the products or voucher will be added to your live cart. Your points will be automatically deducted from your points balance.

You can add a discount code to your next order by clicking ‘manage next order’. This will bring up a window, at the very bottom of the window there will be a box where you can enter a discount code. Once applied it will update the subtotal of the order and your card will be charged accordingly.
By applying a discount code you are only applying the code to the next order, not to the subscription.
