Yes! other than drinking our super shakes, there are multiple ways you can get your protein into your daily routine:

Overnight Oats: 

60g Oats, 240mls milk drink, 1 tbsp chia, 36g protein powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup.

Mix together, pop in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours), stir well & top with your favourite extras. We love seeds, berries and nut butters.

As a Smoothie:

A handful of frozen or fresh berries, 300mls almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder and blitz until smooth.

Fluffy Protein Pancakes: 

Blend 75g oats, 1 banana, 3 eggs, 4 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp baking powder, 2 tbsp of  protein powder in a blender until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan, spoon out the mix & pan fry each side until golden brown. Top with your favourite nut/seed butters, greek yoghurt, berries - it's completely up to you!
